Approach: Integrasoft is comprised of financial industry professionals who help companies reduce the time and cost associated with evaluating and implementing technology so that they can better communicate with their employees, customers and suppliers. In order to evaluate the fundamental technology components of a business, we employ a systematic approach that addresses three critical phases in an investment cycle:

1. In the Pre-Investment Phase, we conduct a Due Diligence evaluation of one or many potential opportunities in order to formulate a clear technical picture. This includes collecting and analyzing data from documents and technical interviews to generate a complete Inventory, Audit and Analysis document of the target company(s).
   
2. At the Investment/Merger Phase, we utilize the time prior to the completion of the transaction to identify the synergies associated with the Change of Control. Our analysis is critical to understanding this fundamental IT issue through the identification and re-use of best-of-breed technology components as well as the construction of an IT Systems and IT Management plan for both Integration and Investment.
   
3. At the Post Investment Phase, we track the investment to ensure it's meeting the planned ROI levels, which involves Pre and Post Investment measurement of items such as Service Level Agreements and IT Costs.
